(A) Within thirty (30) calendar days of instruction after each meeting of the Division or the Divisional Assembly copies of the minutes shall be mailed to the offices of the other Divisions, to the Secretary of the Assembly of the Academic Senate, and to the members of the University Committee on Rules and Jurisdiction. (CC SBL 120B)
(B) When the minutes are distributed in accordance with IBL 160 (A), they will be posted simultaneously on the website of the Division and every member of the Division will be notified of this posting electronically.
